Ingredients
2lbsGround chuck, or any type of ground meat you prefer
1Yellow Onion, Diced
1Green Bell Pepper, Diced
1Jalapeno, Dicedthis is optional
6-7Garlic Cloves, minced
4CupsBeef Broth
4ozCan of Tomato Paste
28ozCan of Diced Tomatoes
10ozCan of Rotelany flavor
(2) 15ozCans of Chili Beans

4tbsChili Powder
2tspSmoked Paprika
1tbsCumin
2tspBlack Pepper
1tbsGarlic Powder
1tbsOnion Powder
1tbsOregano
1tspSalt
1tbsBrown Sugar
Instructions
In a large pot, brown the ground chuck with the onion, peppers, and garlic.
Once the meat is cooked, add in all of the seasonings and mix well.
Stir in the beef broth and give it another good mix.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir together really well.
Turn the heat to low, put the lid on and let it simmer for at least 2 hours.
Once it is finished, let it sit off of the heat for about 10 minutes to thicken up slightly.
Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Notes
To tone down the spiciness of this, you can omit the jalapeno and use a mild chili powder. You can also use a mild variety of the Rotel.If you want to make this in the crockpot, brown the meat and veggies, add your spices then transfer to the crockpot and add everything else in. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-5.
