Spinach Bacon Ranch Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Bacon
- 8 oz Bag of Fresh Spinach
- 1/2 Block Softened Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 tbs Ranch Dressing Seasoning
- 4 oz Freshly Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 4 large Spinach Flavored Tortilla Wraps
Instructions
- Chop up the bacon and fry until crispy. Drain on paper towels. Reserve 1 tbs of the grease left in the pan.
- Roughly chop the spinach and cook it down in the bacon grease. This will only take a few minutes. Remove from the heat and let it cool
- Put everything into a large mixing bowl and mix until well incorporated.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the tortillas, making sure to get it all the way to the edges.
- Roll them up tightly and cut into even size pieces, about an inch. Let them chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
