Slow Cooker Cheesy Ground Beef and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef Ground Chicken, Turkey, or Pork will work too
  • 1 Yellow Onion, Diced
  • 3-4 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 tbs Kinders "The Blend" Seasoning Or 1 tbs each garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper
  • 2 lb Potates, chopped or sliced or you can use a 32 oz bag of frozen hash browns
  • 10.75 oz Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 10.75 oz Can of Cream of Chicken Soup Both Flavors can be switched for any "cream of" soup
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese Both flavors of cheese can be substituted for any flavors of cheese that you like

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic. Once cooked, drain the grease and season with the Kinders seasoning. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine the soups, the milk and the Worcestershire sauce.
  • Chop or slice the potatoes.
  • In the slow cook, layer half the meat, half of the potatoes, followed by half of the soup mixture, then ALL of the cheese. Repeat the layers. Cook on low for about 6 hours or high for about 4 hours. When the potatoes are tender, give it a good stir.
  • Let it sit with the lid off for at least ten minutes to thicken up.

Notes

Please keep in mind that all kitchen appliances cook differently! Your slow cooker may cook faster or slower than mine so you may need to adjust cooking times!
