1lbsGround Beef
1Yellow Onion, diced
8ozBaby Bella Mushrooms, chopped
5-6Garlic Cloves, minced
1tsp EachGarlic Powder, Onion Powder, Umami Seasoningif you can't find the Umami seasoning just leave it out
1tbspDijon Mustard
2tbspWorcestershire Sauce
1/8tsp eachSalt and Pepper
110.5 ozCans of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup
12ozAmish Wide Egg Noodles
5CupsBeef Broth
1CupSour Cream
4ozCream Cheese
1tbspChopped Fresh Parsleyoptional for garnish
Grated Parmesan for serving
Instructions
In a large pot, brown the ground beef with the onions, garlic and mushrooms.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, umami seasoning, Dijon Mustard and the Worcestershire Sauce. Mix well.
Stir in the can of mushroom soup, then stir in the egg noodles and beef broth. Mix well.
Make sure all of the noodles are covered with liquid. Bring to a gentle boil, put the lid on, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook for about 15-18 minutes or until the noodles are al dente.
Once they are cooked, add the cream cheese and sour cream. Stir until the cheese is melted.
Season with more salt and pepper if needed.
Garnish with chopped parsley and top with fresh grated parmesan for serving.
