Once you make your spaghetti in the instant pot, you'll never want to make it any other way!
Course Dinner
Cuisine American

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Ground Beef or any type of ground meat that you prefer
  • 1 Yellow Onion, Diced
  • 6-7 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 lb Spaghetti Noodles, broken in half
  • 45 oz Spaghetti Sauce
  • 4 cups Beef Broth

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Set pressure cooker to the brown/sear mode.
  • Brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic. Season with the salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. (Drain the grease if necessary)
  • Lay the broken spaghetti noodles on top of the meat.
  • Pour in the spaghetti sauce and beef broth.
  • DO NOT STIR!!! This will prevent the noodles from sticking together and also prevent them from burning on the bottom of the pot!
  • Set cooker to manual high heat and cook for 11 minutes. When it is finished, do a manual release.
  • Stir it up really well and let sit for about 10 minutes to thicken up!
