Instant Pot Spaghetti
Once you make your spaghetti in the instant pot, you'll never want to make it any other way!
Course Dinner
Cuisine American
- 1.5 lbs Ground Beef or any type of ground meat that you prefer
- 1 Yellow Onion, Diced
- 6-7 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 lb Spaghetti Noodles, broken in half
- 45 oz Spaghetti Sauce
- 4 cups Beef Broth
Seasonings
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Set pressure cooker to the brown/sear mode.
Brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic. Season with the salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. (Drain the grease if necessary)
Lay the broken spaghetti noodles on top of the meat.
Pour in the spaghetti sauce and beef broth.
DO NOT STIR!!! This will prevent the noodles from sticking together and also prevent them from burning on the bottom of the pot!
Set cooker to manual high heat and cook for 11 minutes. When it is finished, do a manual release.
Stir it up really well and let sit for about 10 minutes to thicken up!
